1.
Ask pupils to
look at the picture on page 32 about an old farmer telling his sons to look
for the hidden treasures. Get the pupils to describe what they can see in
each of the picture.
2.
Go through the
story. Pupils answer the comprehension questions on page 32. Discuss the
answers with the pupils. Draw their attention to question 4 and 5. Get them
to give their reasons and opinions.
3.
Pupils fill in
the blanks.
4.
Ask three
pupils to come up to the front. Arrange them according to their height.
Introduce the pupils by using these sentences structures.
Chong Wei is tall.
Qi Yao is taller.
Zhen Siang is the tallest.
5.
Divide the
board into three column and write the words in the respective column.
6.
Show more
examples and fill in the tables.
